TRUE WEALTH...TRUE RICHES True wealth is a slender supple body free of pain or infirmity resulting in fluidity of movement. True riches are a sense of timelessness, agelessness and weightlessness. The meaning of the phrase "natural beauty" has been lost. The modern use of the word is rarely associated with its true meaning. Natural beauty is authentic and beyond human craft or creativity. We may feel our appearance is lacking. Toxic accumulation in our bodies is responsible for stealing our youthfulness and attractiveness. Our natural beauty may be buried alive under retained water, storage fat, calcification, globulin, fibrin or mucous. Perfect body ecology can rejuvenate you and your uncovered beauty might surprise and delight you. At rest, up to 80% of our energy may be consumed by an over active mind. Sleep provides us the opportunity to experience an empty restful state free of thought yet filled with being. Search mode, stepping stone, monkey mind, active mind, racing thoughts, brain fog and waiting room describe thinking patterns that may be replaced with a permanent meditative state through perfect body ecology. Each time the body has new experience, the mind conceives new thought. Physical experience allows the mind to conceive new possibility. By getting rid of other people's business and God's business, only our business remains. Deep undisturbed sleep and a quiet mind produce long life. If we reduce thinking, we reduce the gap between thinking and what is real. Anything requiring excessive thought is anti-intuitive. Anything not intuitive is illusion. The quiet mind engages in a process of investigation which may eventually reduce our personal story to almost nothing. Learn to quiet your mind as those around you continue to lose theirs. The healing current of the body may depend upon superior conductivity of the nerve sheath (myelin). Speed learning and a photographic memory can be linked to 'flight or fight' metabolism or only occasionally to neural efficiency. Up to five percent of the dry weight of the brain may be precious element such as gold, iridium, osmium, palladium, silver or platinum. Our nerve system readiness potential could be a function of the amount of precious element within the brain. Our body is about 25% structural fat independent of storage fat which can fluctuate. Our brain is about 60% fat. Our nerve sheath (myelin) is about 80% fat. Every nerve ending (neuron) in our body (about 200 billion) has a fat sheath (synaptic membrane). Strange undigestable proteins and runaway sugars may be the cause of most disease. Excess protons as acidic bio-terrain are conducive to bacterial growth. Sunlight provides critical stimulation to various endocrine organs and areas within our brain. Years of fermentation may not break down many of the strange undigestable proteins found in modern food, nor may they ever be within our body. Consumption of strange undigestable substances may cause the production of endorphins (endogenous morphine-like substances) resulting in misplaced attraction to such pleasureable effects. Strange undigestable proteins that irritate the delicate linings of the digestive tract may cause extra salivation and unnatural attraction (cravings) to less than beneficial foods. Through perfect ecology it is possible enjoy food primarily for the benefit of the body rather than sensory appeasement. We should not have bacteria within the interior of our body; rather we are designed to host extensive bacterial colonization on the surface of our exterior membranes. Bacteria are able to propel themselves throughout the interior of the body potentially causing systemic problems. Unwanted body mass may be composed of at least the following: water, fibrin, mucous, globulin, calcification or fat. An average person may have fifteen pounds or almost two gallons of mucous distributed throughout the body. Small chain amino acid sequences secreted by the hypothalamus may help form a network of neurons giving us our identity and our reality. Lymphacising activities such as walking on uneven ground and gathering may be superior to repetitive motion, aerobic and cardio-vascular forms of exercise. This 'exercise' may be accomplished through regular daily activity. The increase in chronic diseases may reasonably lead us to conclude much of our immunity and healing currents have been lost due to a molecular environment hostile to our fragile and essential biological partners-aerobic body flora. Perfect body ecology may provide generative mineral and enzyme reserves to organ tissues making possible other than typical performance capabilities. Perfect body ecology is achieveable without elimination dieting or repetitive exercise. The development of perfect body ecology could entail the following: 1) Creation of a mini-core 'diet' of signal foods intended to stimulate the regenerative powers of body flora. 2) A plan for the strategic use of probiotic bacteria. Many of us have experienced periods of prolonged unexplainable fatigue and malaise. There appear to be a lot of 'sick and tired' people. Our adrenal glands are involved in many physiological processes such as regulation of sugar, inflammation, sexual, immune and stress response. Cortisol appears to work together with insulin since cortisol levels rise as we prepare to release glucose for energy. When cortisol levels are elevated and glucose is being released for long periods of time, we may store some of the extra circulating sugar as fat. Our storage fat often accumulates around the abdomen, hips and thighs as the fat cells in these areas possess five times as many cortisol receptors as other fat cells in our body. Our adrenal glands are responsive to stress from any source. Our cellular community may not be able to effectively distinguish between the sources of our stress. Women can be particularly sensitive to adrenal fatigue as elevated cortisol could contribute to hot flashes. As hormonal changes take place, the adrenals may be capable of supplying replacement hormones formerly supplied by other organs resulting in a seamless and almost unnoticeable changeover. Properly rested and functioning adrenals results in peak performance without the need for refined carbs and caffeine to 'wake ourselves up'. The complete rejuvenation of adrenals is probable within six to twenty-four months by the cultivation of perfect body ecology. Elevated cortisol levels could be related to a persistent state of immune disruption. Nutrient malabsorption appears to correlate strongly with poor or indadequate body flora. The longer one was breastfed, the later the effects of malabsorption appear and the more atypical are its manifestations. Malabsorption may be more an environmental rather than hereditary outcome. Perfect body ecology may provide an improved ability to absorb and retain water (hydrophillic state) in the tissues of the body. Perhaps hydrophilic gelatinous colloids mediate virtually all element necessary for healthy cell functioning. Chia seed was once valued so highly it was used as currency. Known as the 'running food' Chia dates back to the Aztec for its use as a combat ration. Chia seed possess a hydrophillic property as it forms a mucilage absorbing twelve times its weight in water and prolonging hydration in the body. Golden flax seed also possesses many of the beneficial properties found in Chia as well as essentail fatty acids in abundance. Combining grain food with any kind of sugar may not be adviseable as grain foods inhibit the body's ability to produce the sugar splitting enzyme amylase. Food induced immune hypersensitivity may be essentially linked to a broad array of addictions/allergies. Accumulation of globulin and fibrin in the small intestinal wall may be interfering with mineral absorption and the proper function of albumin, the body's super-transporter. Carrot and beet juice may be two examples of low bio-photon high glycemic foods which are less than useful to the body. Silent inflammation due to immune hypersensitivity may result in the accumulation of excessive inflammatory protein in most tissues of the body. |
